She Was Covered In Urine And Cruelly Tortured, But Finally Gets A Happy Ending

The cruel abuse that humans are capable of subjecting animals to is downright shocking. It is without rhyme or reason, too, which makes it even more heartbreaking, writes ilovemydogsomuch

Chloe was discovered after being tortured by an unknown individual. To make matters worse, she was also tied up in a trash bag and thrown into a dumpster.

Rescuers with Fix Long Beach Pets knew Chloe’s injuries were extremely serious. She had a fractured skull, her abuser snapped her leg in half, and she had bruises all down the side of her head.

To add insult to injury, Chloe was also soaked in human urine. The unfeeling human that destroyed her body also wanted to destroy her soul.

A complex surgery at Long Beach Animal Emergency repaired her broken leg. They had to re-align Chloe’s fractured femur and place a titanium plate to support the leg during the recovery process.

Her recovery didn’t end there, though. Her spirit needed to be mended just as badly as her body did.

A full year later, Chloe is healed and ready for adoption!

Fix Long Beach Pets organized a meet-and-greet for Chloe so that she can meet as many potential new families as possible. She deserves every bit of joy a loving forever home can offer her.

The event is on Saturday, March 30, in Long Beach, California. (You can find more information here.)
