Deborah deeply regretted giving Jada away, but it was too late for her to get her dog back. The shelter had apparently been shut down, and the “un-adopted” residents had seemingly been euthanized. Poor Deborah spent a whole year reeling in guilt, until a sweet little miracle changed everything!

As it turned out, Jada and 6 other dogs had been rescued from the kill list by the Northshore Humane Society. But despite being a polite, affectionate and well-behaved dog, Jada was never adopted. In fact, Jada spent the past one year sobbing in her kennel like the saddest baby.

However, Jada’s new caretakers never gave up on her and kept reaching out to potential adopters through different avenues. Deborah and her family were stunned when they eventually found Jada crying her heart out in a video posted on social media. Once they confirmed that their beloved pooch was alive, they dropped everything and raced to the shelter to get her back!

Jada’s pale face brightened up the moment she spotted the familiar faces running toward her. It was a grand family reunion as the entire clan took turns to embrace their special girl. Jada will now live with Deborah’s son and his family, and she will be adored and pampered for the rest of her life!
