Blind Dog Abandoned Just Before Christmas, Left Outside Shelter!

Siew Tuck Wah, the founder of SOSD Singapore, said that they have found an early disturbing Christmas present , once they saw that a Shih Tzu was abandoned outside their shelter 2 months ago.

It was obvious that the dog was seriously neglected because his eyes were scarred and infected. But the good thing was that the SOSD team did a great job helping the dog feel good and loved again.
