His Daughter’s Puppy Dies In His Arms Since Vets Rejected To Treat It Without Payment
This is a heartbreaking story a few pup who gave up the ghost because the vet didn’t want to treat it! a person from UK called Podge Sweeney was really heartbroken because the vet refused to treat his dog, who gave up the ghost shortly after.
The man shared a picture on 6th Aug. on his page on Facebook, claiming that the vet didn’t treat his puppy as he didn’t have enough money.
A spokesperson of the PDSA said that they’re completely conscious of this case and that they will do whatever it must help this man and to offer the doctor the acceptable penalty.
Podge Sweeney, from Liverpool, shared a photo on Facebook of himself holding the puppy after the alleged incident at the branch of the PDSA – People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals – in Page Moss.
He wrote: “I took my sick puppy all the way down to the pdsa (sic) in page moss an they said they want £119 to treat him or at least £80 just to look at him coz my benefit is not eligible to cover the treatment.”
The dad explained how he only had £35 in his pocket so couldn’t pay.
He claims the PDSA turned him away and the puppy “died right outside there in his arms”.
“They still left me. I was buzzing the buzzer and all they wanted was f***ing money the dirty b******s,” he wrote.
