Family’s Pup Escapes Yard & Teenagers Brutally Shove An Arrow Down Her Throat

One of the worst things that can happen to a pet parent is for their beloved dog to go missing. That’s what happened to a 5- to 6-month-old puppy belonging to Jamie Jones Giles of Lyman, Wyoming, writes ilovemydogsomuch

On her Facebook page, Giles wrote, “Our family dog Milly somehow got loose. My husband was home and realized she was gone. By the time he located Milly about 20 to 30 minutes later, she was behind the house and a group of teenagers was lingering by the town pavilion in Lyman. Aaron shouted to them and asked what they were doing, and they ran off.”

After recovering Milly and examining her at home, the family realized something was wrong with her. They saw blood near her jaw and she whimpered from pain.

“We have had Milly for a short 4-1/2 months but love her so much and are so sad that she had to experience such senseless brutality by this group of teenagers,” Giles said on Facebook.

According to Lyman Police Chief Kathryn Adams, Milly is recovering and is doing well. She is most interested in finding out who hurt this innocent animal.
