Witnesses say Dean was being dragged by the speeding pickup truck along the rural roads in Breckinridge County. The rope that tied the dog to the truck eventually snapped off and freed the helpless pooch.
The cops investigating the case have no leads at the moment, as witnesses claim that the shameless driver immediately sped off after the incident.
