Paralyzed Dog Rescued From The Streets, But He Couldn’t Put His Hinds Legs Down

A paralyzed dog named “Hands Solo” was a pitiful sight when he was found limping on his front paws on the streets by a rescue group called “The Mutt Scouts”. He was scared, cold and starving as he wandered around looking for help for his gruesome tail injury. The rescue group hurried him to the vet, writes ilovemydogsomuch

At first, it seemed like he was distressed because his tail had broken off and exposed his nerves and bones. But on further inspection by the vet, it was discovered that Hands Solo’s primary cause of paralysis was his malfunctioning spine that had completely dislocated due to an old injury. So while he got a surgery to fix his tail injuries, it seemed unlikely that the poor baby could ever walk normally.

The rescue realized that Hands Solo had lived a hard life filled with trauma and struggles, so they decided to give him the best treatment under foster care. They arranged therapy sessions to strengthen his limbs, while his foster family showered him with love. Hands Solo had transitioned well into his new reality as a champion on 2 paws, but a sweet miracle totally changed the course of his life!

After 73 days of living like a king in his foster home, Hands Solo stunned everyone by walking on his 4 paws again! He not only regained the use of his hind legs, but also embraced his love for running. Soon, he was adopted into a lovely home filled with a cat and other doggie siblings, and he realized that no limitation could ever rain on his parade again!
