Starving Mama Dog Walks 2 Miles With Broken Leg And Leads Rescuers To Puppies

A starving stray dog who gave birth to a litter of puppies went to extreme lengths to get her little ones the help they needed.

The emaciated dog suffered from a broken leg, but that didn’t stop her from being a heroic mom. She led her rescuers to a hidden location nearly two miles away.

As the rescuers followed the weak pooch, she led them to the inside of an empty car. There, nuzzled together, was a litter of puppies she was nursing.

With her ribs showing, belly hungry, and her leg aching, this precious pooch still managed to tend to her babies like a champ.

Rescuers named the dog Vera, they got her medical help, and she is doing much better thanks to their care and love.

We are happy to report her puppies are doing well and staying by their mom’s side. What a loving, dedicated mama who is a shining example of dedication.
