His Legs Were Painfully Bound With Zip Ties Before He Was Tossed On Side Of Bridge
A dog was found abandoned next to a bridge in township of Thorp, Wisconsin, with his legs tied together, writes ilovemydogsomuch
His legs were bound together with a black zip tie, which caused severe deep lacerations to his skin. In addition, he was also malnourished, weak, and in bad condition.
He was thankfully found and taken to an animal rescue representative for further care and is expected to make a full recovery.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident and are asking anyone with any information regarding the dog or who may have done this to him to contact their office at 715-743-3157.
The dog was found next to the bridge on Pine Road west of Birch Ave on October 26 around four in the afternoon.
People in the community were outraged and took to Facebook to express their anger and concerns.
“Praying that you find this pos!” one user commented. “I honestly don’t have any other words! I will never understand how anyone can hurt animals or children just pure evil!”
“If you can’t keep, feed or care for a pet PLEASE take it to a shelter,” another wrote. “If you found this dog and did this, well, then you’re just evil and I hope you’re found!”
