Dog Gets Paralyzed In His Back Legs, Crawls On The Streets But No One Will Help

The sight of Toby the homeless dog was a bitter pill to swallow for the rescuers who came to rescue him, writes ilovemydogsomuch

The helpless dog was paralyzed from the hind side, yet he kept dragging his body painfully along the streets in hopes of finding help. The rescuers also learned that Toby had been living like this for months, but not a single human ever considered reaching out to him because they thought he was “hideous”.

It was evident that Toby had a strong survival spirit, but the rescuers weren’t sure if he could ever walk again. They scooped him up from the shabby streets and took him to the vet for a medical evaluation. The vet couldn’t determine the cause behind his paralysis, and it seemed as if Toby was doomed to spend the rest of his existence crawling to get around.

However, the rescuers weren’t willing to give up on this brave little warrior just yet. They asked him to take a leap of faith with them as they began massaging his back legs every single day. Toby eventually saw that his caretakers believed in him and sincerely hoped for his recovery. So he decided to work harder and push himself to the limit as he strove to revive his lifeless limbs.
