Most heartbreaking is the fact that there are stray puppies out in the world that have never known love and kindness in their lives. They live very sad and desperate lives, trying to eke out an existence in a cold world.
For one little puppy, the odds in life were already stacked against her as she started out her life on the streets.
It was not easy for the two-month-old puppy, especially when the weather heated up during summertime. The little abandoned pup was stuck under the blazing sun, desperate for some shade, and she found it inside a large pipe.
The little dog was in pretty bad shape while hiding out inside the pipe, having been discarded on the side of the road in a remote area of Serbia.
The surrounding location was so rural, there were no houses around. It looked like she was not going to be getting any help. But luckily for the puppy, someone found her and called Dog Rescue Shelter Mladenovac to come and help her.
It took them a little while for the rescuers to locate her, but they eventually found her inside the drain pipe.
The little puppy was in pretty bad shape with an eye infection and a tick infestation across her body.
Despite all the pain she’d been through in her young life, she was still quite sweet and affectionate, quickly bonding with her rescuers.

Eventually, she was rehabilitated and went on to be put up for adoption.
