Badly Beaten & Left Paralyzed On Road, He Waited On His Excruciating Demise
Khan had been beaten very badly and thrown away like garbage by a stream on the side of a road, writes ilovemydogsomuch
He laid there, completely paralyzed, waiting for someone to find him, or to die – whichever came first.
Thankfully, he was found and rescued by Viktor Larkhill and his team of rescuers.
Khan’s recovery was an uphill battle, but rescuers refused to give up on him, and Khan refused to give up on himself.
For weeks, he fought through every painful obstacle, and even when the future looked bleak, he continued to wag his tail and keep fighting.
He began physiotherapy, which helped him gain movement and eventually walk again.
Soon Khan was walking around and then running like the wind! Looking at him now, you’d never believe that he was once paralyzed.
He has since found a loving forever home with new doggy siblings that he can run and play with.
Khan’s story and resilience just goes to show that you should never give up, even when things seem impossible.
