Footage Shows Alligator Going Up In Smoke After Eating Drone
A shocking moment captured on video in Everglades, Florida shows an alligator going up in smoke after eating up a drone he thought was food, writes healthyfoodhouse
In the clip, shared on TikTok by user Devhlhanger you can see George the alligator catching and chewing up a drone, trying to swallow it and that resulting in a smoke eruption erupt while the drone is in the alligator’s jaws.
The original footage was shared on August 22 and is split into two parts.

“Here is the alligator eating the drone combined. George is doing fine and still looked hungry after.”
“We were trying to get a close up of the gator with its mouth open and thought the obstacle avoidance would make the drone fly away,” Devhlhanger wrote in the text attached to the clip, continuing: “Was only our second time using the spark.”
Obstacle avoidance is a drone function that enables the drone to move around objects without receiving that kind of orders.
As the drone flew above the huge animal, you can hear a man questioning whether the alligator thinks the drone is food.
And after just a few moments, the drone was captured and eaten, causing an explosion …
