Monitoring video footage captured the minute a lady in India threw a bag into the street drainpipe.
It wasn’t long before a pack of stray pet dogs collected around to examine it, but once they saw what was in the bag, they refused to leave.
One of the canines drew the bag from the drainpipe and others collected about. The pet dogs reportedly barked non-stop up until people took notice and also the cops were alerted.
